Key Responsibilities

  • Planning the digital transformation from the initial stages through to final delivery
  • Coordinate with customer & stake holders
  • Continuously assessing present working processes and recommend for improvement
  • Identifying and implementing KPIs and draw project milestones
  • Reviewing project resources and providing an analysis on how to meet the project demands
  • Forming strong relationships with the stake holders and build strong communication between the relevant teams
  • Regularly updating key stakeholders on project status
  • Tracking the project deliverables and matching those with agreed deadlines
  • Reporting on success criteria for delivered projects by measuring results
  • Keeping track of latest digital transformation trends and analyzing digital behavior
  • Overseeing the project’s financial budget, notifying Stakeholders of key costs implications, along with business benefits
  • Analysing key success factors, producing reports and data analysis as supporting evidence
  • Take leadership of a team to achieve a measurable and sustainable change
