Key Responsibilities
- Planning the digital transformation from the initial stages through to final delivery
- Coordinate with customer & stake holders
- Continuously assessing present working processes and recommend for improvement
- Identifying and implementing KPIs and draw project milestones
- Reviewing project resources and providing an analysis on how to meet the project demands
- Forming strong relationships with the stake holders and build strong communication between the relevant teams
- Regularly updating key stakeholders on project status
- Tracking the project deliverables and matching those with agreed deadlines
- Reporting on success criteria for delivered projects by measuring results
- Keeping track of latest digital transformation trends and analyzing digital behavior
- Overseeing the project’s financial budget, notifying Stakeholders of key costs implications, along with business benefits
- Analysing key success factors, producing reports and data analysis as supporting evidence
- Take leadership of a team to achieve a measurable and sustainable change
